We are a non-profit, independent, modern and innovative sports club that puts women and their specific needs at the center and takes a holistic approach to training. We practice all types of sports and our strength lies in inclusion and acceptance as everyone has their own individual journey when it comes to training and health. Our mission is to help you reach your full potential and flourish as the woman you are. Wherever you are in the world, you can join our club because we are active digitally and not locally. Amateurs and professionals, women come in all shapes and sizes and we all have different paths in life and it is this diversity that gives us strength as a team where everyone is equally valuable. We believe kindness is important and we may compete in our sports, but here we stick together and help each other for the good of all. All proceeds on the site go entirely to our non-profit activities.
