A 10-week program for those who want to start from scratch with running, maybe you have never tried it, have been away from it due to an injury or have given birth. There are many different reasons why you may need to get a soft and smart start and build your running gradually so that your body can keep up. Coach Jane Nilsson gives you a ten-week program that provides both joy and sustainability.
