Welcome to She Rise Athletic Club!
We are a non-profit, independent sports association with the goal of putting women at the center. We are a modern and innovative club that has a holistic approach to training and puts health first. Our heart is in endurance sports, but we enjoy yoga, strength training and crossfit as much as running, swimming and cycling.
Our strength lies in inclusion and acceptance that everyone has their own individual journey when it comes to training and health. We welcome amateurs and professionals, women of all shapes and sizes, and it is this diversity that gives us strength as a team where everyone is equally valuable. Life has different stages that affect how we train and we encourage you to dare to try new things, we hope that together we can inspire each other.
We welcome members from all over the world because we are digital and global and do not have a specific physical location from which we operate. This makes us unique, you can be anywhere in the world. We adapt locally but operate globally.
Many endurance sports are solo sports and we see it as a task to bring us together so that we can train together and help each other reach our goals and make the journey more enjoyable. Our motto is to be kind and helpful!
You become a member by supporting our activities by registering and then receiving unique offers from us and our partners. In addition, we register you with sports online so that you can compete with a license in cycling, skiing and triathlon races.

All proceeds from the site go entirely to our non-profit organization. As we operate as an association, we are exempt from VAT.
We who stand behind the club
We, who are behind the club, are Anna and Camilla, two triathletes who are passionate about women's health and well-being. We both cherish a balanced lifestyle where training should work in everyday life, feel fun and be rewarding, developing and sustainable in the long run. We are interested in adapting training to the female cycle and have a holistic view of health where body, mind and soul are equally important parts. Training and movement is a lifestyle for us, it includes breathing exercises, yoga and walking as much as time trials, marathons and ironman. We hope you enjoy movement and training in different forms as much as we do, it is an important part of achieving a healthy life.
Together with you and our large network, we have a lot of knowledge to share. Welcome to a warm community where we take care of each other, rejoice in each other's successes and help each other when things feel difficult.
