A program for Triathlon middle distance 1900m swim, 90km bike, 21km run

Recommended training experience before starting the program is to be able to swim, cycle and run in sequence: 1000m swim, 90 min cycle, 60 min run

Progressive training program for middle-distance triathlon. The training is based on 4-week training blocks: 3 increasing weeks (volume and/or intensity) + 1 easy week where the body should absorb all the training. The effort during the training sessions is measured in four levels (perceived effort).

The program also includes triathlon-specific strength training.
