Welcome to She Rise Athletic Club!

Thank you for choosing to be part of our club, we value you and look forward to seeing you at races, events and races, in our community and on our social channels.


We are an independent sports club with the aim of putting women at the centre of our activities. We are a modern and innovative club, taking a holistic view of training and putting health first.

Our heart is in endurance sports, but we are open to all types of movement and training and do not exclude anyone. We love yoga, strength training and crossfit as much as running, swimming and cycling. Our strength lies in inclusion and the acceptance that everyone has their own journey when it comes to exercise and health.

We welcome amateurs and professionals, women come in all shapes and sizes, and it is this diversity that gives us strength as a team where everyone is equally valued. Life has different stages that affect how we train and we encourage you to try new things, there is so much fun to be had and we hope that together we can inspire each other to do just that.

We welcome members from all over the world as we are digital and global in our approach and have no specific physical location that we belong to. This makes us quite unique, you can join from all over the world. If you want to expand the community in your city or country, please email us because we adapt locally but operate globally.

Many endurance sports are solo sports and we see it as a task to bring us together so that we can train in groups and help each other to achieve our goals and make the journey more enjoyable. Here in the club we are friendly and big-hearted, we may be competitive in our sports, but here we stick together and help each other without internal competition. Our goal is for you to reach your full potential and flourish as the beautiful woman you are, on your terms and in your way.

We who are behind the club

We who are behind the club are Anna and Camilla, two triathletes who are passionate about women's health and well-being. We both care about a balanced lifestyle where training should work in everyday life, feel fun and be rewarding, developing and sustainable in the long run. We are very interested in adapting training to the female cycle and have a holistic approach to health where body, mind and soul are equally important parts. Exercise and movement is a lifestyle for us, it includes breathing exercises, yoga and walking as much as tempo runs, marathons and ironman. We hope you enjoy movement and exercise in different forms as much as we do, it is such an important part of achieving a healthy life.

Together with you and our large network, we have a lot of knowledge to share. Welcome to a warm community where we take care of each other, rejoice in each other's successes and help each other when it feels difficult.
