LIVE RUNNING GROUPS THIS AUTUMN!

Digital LIVE running groups with Coach Philip are now starting!

Get started or develop your running training with She Rise Athletic Club this fall, no matter where you train and no matter where you are in your training right now. Join us for running training with the coach in your ears!

RUNNING GROUP 1 start: Monday 9 Sep at 6:00 PM-6:45 PM (6 weeks)

RUNNING GROUP 2 start: Monday 21 Oct at 6:00 PM-6:45 PM (6 weeks)

You can build on 1 plus 2 or just jump on one or the other. You can also buy 1+2 together in a package for 500kr.

On 6 occasions/Mondays per module you will participate in live running training in real time via your phone. Then you will have one more session per week to do on your own, for a total of 12 sessions.



When: Total length for both modules is 12 weeks 9 Sep - 25 Nov 2024

Time: Mondays at 6:00 PM LIVE + 1 session on your own

Scope: The session is approximately 40 minutes.

Price: 350 SEK per module of 6 weeks or 12 weeks for 500 SEK

How does it work?

After purchase you will receive a PDF with further instructions.

You connect via link when it's time, have your phone in your pocket and headphones in.

You can be at any level, the workouts are adapted so that you run based on your level. The great thing about the digital form is that you don't have to adapt to a group or the pace of others, you carry out the training according to your ability with Philip in your ears. There will be many of you running in different places at the same time!

Who can participate?

All runners with different conditions and fitness levels can participate. You adapt
the pace and effort according to your ability as the coach will indicate the setup and what is "hard" or "easy", you simply have to do it according to your effort level. You don't need a running watch because you can start by effort, if you want a watch and know your heart rate zones then you can use it.
