New partner 2025: Sofia Warvne – Nutritional Counseling for Health and Performance
She Rise Athletic Club is proud to begin a new and exciting collaboration with nutritionist Sofia Warvne. Sofia has a deep understanding of the vast knowledge gap surrounding nutrition and women's health in relation to sports. With her experience and expertise as a licensed nutritionist, she wants to spread the word about the importance of proper nutrition to optimize both performance and well-being - whether you are an elite athlete or an exerciser.
In 2025, together with Sofia, we will offer several lectures on nutrition and the importance of daring to eat, daring to talk about unhealthy thoughts and behavior that many of us struggle with and that affect our bodies perhaps more than we want and can understand.
First come, first served on March 31st at 5:00 PM (Registration via FB)
✅ Nutrition lecture with focus on Ironman 70.3 45min
We look forward to an inspiring collaboration where we together strengthen and elevate female athletes through knowledge and the right tools for sustainable performance!
Sofia's Journey to Sustainable Nutrition and Performance
Through her own journey, Sofia has developed a strong passion for helping other active women find a balanced and sustainable relationship with nutrition and exercise.
For many years, her sporting life was marked by an unconsciously destructive attitude towards both food and training – first as an elite tennis player and later as a dedicated exerciser in running, cycling and triathlon. Although her body was sending clear warning signals, she lacked the knowledge to interpret them correctly. This is a challenge that many goal-oriented and fitness-minded people face, especially women who want to perform at their best.
Through her own experiences, Sofia realized how much knowledge there is about nutrition and women's health in connection with sports. As a licensed nutritionist and sports nutritionist, she is now passionate about spreading this knowledge further. Her goal is to help both elite athletes and exercisers understand how proper nutrition can optimize both performance and well-being.
Today, Sofia has a healthier relationship with her diet, which has led to both better results and greater joy in training. Her philosophy is that no one should have to choose between performance and feeling good – with the right knowledge, both can go hand in hand.
Through her work, she wants to inspire more women to find a sustainable path to health and success in sports. 🚀💪
