Lyckad dag i Jönköping!

Successful day in Jönköping!

What a great day we had together in Jönköping both on a bike and on a run in mid-May. Philip from Konditionslabbet held a super running session and gave a lot of personal feedback to the participants for development and continued success with their training. We had nice and confidential conversations about running and shared feelings and thoughts that arise about running. A community where you can share experiences and talk about how it feels to run, both good, easy and bad is how we grow in our training and as people. As a beginner, it can easily feel like you don't really belong as a "runner", which can lead to insecurities that don't need to be there at all. As an experienced runner, it's easy for performance to take over and you lose the true joy of running and the simplicity of running when you think too much about times and distances.

The cycling group set off to experience large parts of the Ironman course and it was a lovely day in nice weather. Some were there to train for the Vätternrundan and others because they are going to do the Ironman in Jönköping, and some just to have a good day of training. It was about 90 km and it took a few hours with a few stops along the way. Camilla from the club and Alex from Pain Free Power led the group. Thank you to everyone who wanted to share the joy with us on this day and thank you to all the coaches who want to help with knowledge and commitment!
