For those who love the feeling of freedom on the running track, we welcome you to our running coach Philip's pass! He will guide you through an exciting run, encourage you with tips and give you the feedback you need to reach new running goals. All levels can participate, you run at your own pace, but for those who want to run together, we will keep a pace of about 6.30
The event is free of charge!
Philip will offer setup and running analysis, feedback on your run and space for questions. Afterwards, you can freshen up in the shower at the gym next door if you wish and then choose to join us for a meal together to continue talking training stories.

Where: We meet at 9:30 outside Spira concert hall/parking lot in Jönköping and run around Munksjön
Time: 1-2 hours
Equipment: clothing for the weather and shoes for asphalt/gravel
